He belongs as a practicing lawyer to the Barcelona Bar Association since 2006.

Jordi has extensive experience advising public and private companies, in matters of senior management, collective bargaining, Labor and Contentious-Administrative Procedural Law -judicial procedures and out-of-court solutions-, labor implications in purchase operations, mergers, acquisitions and business successions. Likewise, advice on restructuring and Due Diligence projects, implementation of new work systems and policies (teleworking, digital disconnection, equality plans, etc.).

After serving for 14 years in an important consulting firm, he joined the Barcelona office of Sagardoy Abogados as a lawyer in June 2022.

He has teaching experience as a collaborating professor of the OBS Business School in the Master of International Business Law and is the author of informative publications on labor and social security matters.
