Leading experts from the private healthcare sector convened today at Sagardoy to address the key issues shaping people management, including the recruitment of international professionals, emerging service delivery models, and the transformation of talent management practices.

The meeting brought together Human Resources leaders and representatives from leading healthcare organizations for a roundtable discussion entitled “The Future of Workforce Management and Its Transformation in the Healthcare Sector.” The session was designed as an open and strategic forum to exchange insights, experiences, and best practices.

The institutional opening and welcome remarks were delivered by Iñigo Sagardoy, President of Sagardoy, who emphasized the importance of anticipating the structural changes currently reshaping the sector.

Ana Garicano Solé, Partner in charge of Sagardoy Legal & Expat, then addressed the recruitment of international professionals and the credential recognition process, highlighting their relevance in response to the growing demand for specialized talent. Bruno Álvarez Padín, Partner at Sagardoy, focused on the provision of services in the healthcare sector through professionals, providing an in-depth analysis of the legal and organizational factors driving the evolution of the care delivery model.

Following the discussion, the central roundtable featured Pilar Oncins, HR Director at Grupo Vithas; María de Andrés, HR Director at Sanitas Hospitales; and Luis Mendicuti Sabater, Secretary General of ASPE, who served as moderator.
