Our partner Ana Godino Reyes took part as a speaker in the Human Capital Trends 2026 event, organised by DCH and held last Thursday at the headquarters of Vodafone España.
The event brought together leading professionals from the Human Resources sector to discuss the key challenges shaping the future of work, with a focus on corporate wellbeing, talent management, the impact of technology and productivity in organisations.
Ana Godino participated in the panel discussion on reduction of working hours and productivity, which explored new approaches to working time organisation and their real impact on business performance. The panel was moderated by Miguel Venegas Carrasco (Valorian) and also included representatives from Otis Elevator Co. and Mahou San Miguel.
During her contribution, our partner emphasised the importance of efficient working time management as a driver of both competitiveness and employee wellbeing:
“It is not about working less, but about working better. Well-regulated and well-organised flexible working arrangements do not reduce productivity; they improve efficiency and promote wellbeing and work-life balance.”
Her contribution offered a practical and legal perspective on the challenges posed by reduced working hours, stressing the need to align organisational change with labour regulations and sustainable productivity models.
This event is consolidating its position as a key forum for HR professionals and underlines the importance of anticipating the transformations currently reshaping the labour market and employment relationships.
