Sagardoy has supported the Asociación Retail Textil España (ARTE) since its creation and, in particular, in the negotiation of the First State Collective Agreement for Large Retail Chains in the Textile and Footwear Sector.

Signed together with CCOO and the Independent Trade Union Confederation Fetico, this agreement is the result of dialogue, responsibility and a shared commitment to building a common framework for a sector that is key to employment and the Spanish economy.

Following a rigorous and constructive negotiation process, a balanced text has been reached that reflects the contributions of all parties and provides certainty and stability for both companies and employees.

The agreement establishes, for the first time, a consistent nationwide framework that is modern and adapted to current realities, offering security and stability to businesses and to more than 120,000 professionals in the textile and footwear retail sector.

In this operation, Sagardoy advised ARTE through a team led by Martín Godino, Managing Partner of the firm, together with partners Raquel Muñiz, Alberto Godino and Ana Goerlich, bringing their expertise in collective bargaining and labour relations in highly complex environments.

Congratulations to all parties involved for their effort and commitment, and thank you once again for placing your trust in Sagardoy.
