The Board of Asenza Global Partners appointed Iñigo Sagardoy as the organisation’s new Chief Executive Officer on 30 June 2026. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the group’s global strategy, strengthening coordination across its member firms and supporting its continued growth and development.
Iñigo Sagardoy will combine his new responsibilities with his current position as Chairman of Sagardoy, a role he has held since 2010. Together with Martín Godino, the Firm’s Managing Partner, he has played a key role in establishing Sagardoy as the undisputed market leader in corporate employment law advisory services in Spain.
This appointment recognises Iñigo Sagardoy’s distinguished professional career and his outstanding leadership of Sagardoy over nearly two decades. Under his stewardship, the Firm has further strengthened its position as a leading specialist employment law practice, building on a legacy of forty-six years of exclusive dedication to labour and employment law.
As CEO of Asenza Global Partners, Iñigo Sagardoy will undertake his new responsibilities while continuing to serve as Chairman of Sagardoy. He will remain actively involved in leading the Firm and advancing its key strategic priorities in the years ahead.
