Lourdes Ana Burgos Lancero

Lourdes is a lawyer specialising in Labour and Social Security Law and joined Sagardoy Abogados in March 2026 at the firm’s Las Palmas de Gran Canaria office.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Valencia and completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ISDE Law and Business School, where she graduated with outstanding academic results.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the labour law departments of well-established firms in Valencia and Madrid, and completed an internship at the Ministry of Justice of Spain, at a Court of First Instance and Investigation.

In her professional practice, she regularly advises national and international companies on all aspects of employment law, both in advisory matters and in contentious proceedings before the labour courts. She has experience in individual and collective dismissals, substantial modifications of working conditions, collective bargaining, as well as in the design and implementation of equality plans and protocols addressing workplace harassment and sexual harassment.

Lourdes is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
