Juan Medina Serramitjana is a member of the Malaga Bar Association.

He graduated from the University of Malaga with a Degree in Law. Afterwards, with the aim of achieving a higher degree of specialisation, he completed a postgraduate course in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Juan is a member of the Spanish Association of Sports Law and the National Association of Employment and Labour Lawyers (ASNALA).

He is also a regular speaker at different programmes on employment and labour law, and is the author of numerous articles on this subject.

He has a remarkable professional history as a lawyer in several law firms. In 2019 he joined Sagardoy Abogados as Managing Partner of the Malaga office.
