David Isaac Tobía has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1994.

He has extensive experience in labour litigation, workforce restructuring, senior management and consultancy on employment relations.

After leading the labour legal department of an important consultancy firm, and having gained ample professional experience in other law firms and private sector companies, he joined the Barcelona office of Sagardoy Abogados as Managing Partner in February 2019.

He frequently publishes articles and is a regular speaker at forums on labour law and employment relations. He has been included in directories such as Chambers (Band 2 – Barcelona) and Best Lawyers (2018 Lawyer of the Year).
