Blanca Martínez is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

She studied in Barcelona where she gained a Diploma in Employment Relations and later a Degree in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University.

With the aim of achieving a higher degree of specialisation, she studied a Double Master’s in Legal Practice and in Employment and Labour Law and Human Resources.

Due to her outstanding academic record, the General Council of Employment Relations Consultants awarded her the Alonso Olea Scholarship for their Diploma in Employment Relations, which is only granted to a select few of the best academic records in Spain.
