Marta de la Morena is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). She studied Law at ESADE, where she later obtained a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Social Security.

She began her professional career as a lawyer at Sagardoy’s headquarters in Barcelona, before moving to the consultancy department of a major Big Four firm. Six years later, she returned to Sagardoy and rejoined the firm as an associate lawyer.

She has solid experience in litigation, collective bargaining (restructuring, modification of conditions, equality plans, protocols, internal policies, etc.) and providing ongoing advice to national and multinational companies in all areas of labour law and social security. She is also a regular advisor to public bodies and companies in the public sector.

She is an associate professor of law and labour relations at the University of Barcelona.
