Nearly a hundred Human Resources executives gathered at the Nobu Hotel in Barcelona with the goal of analyzing and debating the main challenges and issues faced by professionals responsible for talent and people management within organizations. This meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on the changes and transformations occurring in the labor sector, especially in the current context marked by digitalization, globalization, and new market demands.

Marc Carrera Domènech, partner and head of the Sagardoy office in Barcelona; Mariola Sánchez, Legal Director of Randstad; and Jesús Gómez Esteban, Magistrate of the Social Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia, were the key speakers at the session, which also featured Oriol Mas, General Director of Randstad Enterprise, as the moderator of the debate.
