This week, we had the pleasure of presenting at our firm a new service developed by Sagardoy to meet the needs of our clients: comprehensive legal advisory services in the area of Labor Inspections.

In this regard, and considering the increasing intensity of actions carried out by the Labor Inspectorate across all areas of labor and employment law, Sagardoy is implementing this highly specialized service, delivered by a team of highly qualified professionals. The team is led by Jorge Travesedo Dasí Partner at Sagardoy and former Labor Inspector currently on leave from public service, and also includes Gonzalo Mairata, Partner at Sagardoy and former State Attorney on leave, and Luis Pérez Capitán, recently joined the firm, former Labor Inspector on leave, with extensive experience across multiple industries. Each of them brings a high level of expertise, fully aligned with the firm’s commitment to providing its clients with the highest quality legal service.
