Colleagues from Sagardoy Abogados and Sagardoy Legal & Expat, Bruno Álvarez, Partner at the firm, and Luis Alcaraz, Senior Tax Adviser, took part in the study presented today at our Auditorium. The initiative was led by the Human Resources Observatory (ORH) in collaboration with isalud Corporate.

Around 80% of companies in our country offer health insurance to their employees as part of their total compensation plans. However, factors such as the aging population, the rise of mental health-related conditions, and the shortage of professionals lead to excessive use of medical services, putting pressure on and jeopardizing the delicate balance of the sector.

The ORH Report “The Future of Health Insurance in the Corporate Sphere: Integrated Perspectives” examines the sectorial, regulatory, and talent management challenges facing what is the most valued benefit by employees. To this end, the report includes contributions from the three main stakeholders in the sector: insurers, healthcare providers, and corporate clients.

Iñigo Sagardoy, President of Sagardoy Abogados, inaugurated the event, which also featured the participation of Maite Saez, Director of ORH, Fabián Vega, Head of the Commercial Development Department at SegurCaixa Adeslas, José Ángel López Palomo, Corporate Head of Compensation and Benefits at OHL, Laura Rodríguez, Corporate Business Manager at isalud, Bruno Álvarez, Partner at Sagardoy Abogados, and Luis Alcaraz, Senior Tax Advisor at Sagardoy Legal & Expat.
