The prestigious publishing house Editorial Comares has launched a new collection entitled “Labour Law Practice”, under the direction of Pompeyo Gabriel Ortega Lozano, Of Counsel at Sagardoy.

The collection opens with the publication of the collective work “New Developments and Areas of Dispute in Labour and Social Security Law”, which aims to combine academic rigour with the practical experience of labour law practitioners.

For this first volume, the director has brought together a distinguished group of experts in Labour and Social Security Law, including partners, associates, and lawyers from Sagardoy, as well as renowned legal scholars from the academic field. The book addresses highly relevant and current issues in employment relations, while offering insight into the legal challenges faced by practitioners in their daily professional practice.

The work is directed by Íñigo Sagardoy, President of the firm; Martín Godino Reyes, Managing Partner; and Román Gil Alburquerque, Partner — who also author the foreword.

Contributors to the various chapters include prominent Sagardoy professionals: Cristina Bachiller Matallana (Lawyer), Marc Carrera Domènech (Partner), Ana Goerlich León (Associate), José Miguel Mestre Vázquez (Partner), Ignacio Moreno Lucenilla (Associate), Alicia Moro Valentín-Gamazo (Partner), Pompeyo Gabriel Ortega Lozano (Of Counsel), Luis Pérez Capitán (Of Counsel), and Juan A. Urbano Medina (Associate).

With this publication, the “Labour Law Practice” collection is established as a valuable reference for legal professionals seeking a practical and up-to-date perspective on the most significant and contentious issues in Labour and Social Security Law.
