Beatriz Caneda was born in Malaga. She is a member of the Malaga Bar Association.

She holds a Law Degree from the University of Malaga and a Master’s in Legal Practice, also from the University of Malaga in collaboration with the Malaga Bar Association. She completed the Practical Course on Labour and Social Security Law from Thomson Reuters. She obtained the Test of Legal English Skills Certificate issued by Global Legal English.

She was awarded first prize at the IX^th Malaga Employment Lawyers Competition held by the Malaga and Melilla Professional Association of Employment Relations Consultants.

She is a member of the National Association of Employment and Labour Lawyers (ASNALA).
