Juan Alfonso Urbano Medina is a member of the Malaga Bar Association as wells as of the Professional Association of Employment Relations Consultants of Malaga and Melilla.

He graduated from the University of Granada with a Degree in Law and a Diploma in Labour Relations. Afterwards, and with the aim of achieving a higher degree of specialisation, he enrolled in a Master’s in Employment and Labour Law at the Sagardoy Foundation, upon completion of which he was awarded the prize for best student.

He is also a collaborating professor on the Graduate Social Studies Course, Aula Práctica, of the Social and Labour Studies Faculty of the University of Malaga.
