Issue 13 of the Journal of Social and Business Law focuses on the events commemorating the centenary of the International Labour Organization (ILO), with an emphasis on the transformation of work in the 21st century. The studies explore topics such as the sovereignty of working time, trade union freedom, collective bargaining, and challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Additionally, the issue addresses labor reforms in Mexico and the adaptation of the legal framework to new technologies and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It also examines the ILO’s response to the global health crisis and its support to member States.

The special issue highlights the importance of international cooperation and labor rights in times of crisis.
