Sonia joined the Sagardoy team in Barcelona in 2002 after specializing in labor law, completing professional internships at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and beginning her professional career at another firm, where she practiced law for four years.
Today, Sonia advises numerous companies, particularly those from the hospitality, retail, temporary staffing, industry, perfumery, cleaning, supplies, food, chemicals, insurance, and banking sectors.
She has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1998 and is a member of the Spanish National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) and the Spanish Association of Female Executives and Board Members (EJE&CON).
She is a regular speaker at various seminars, courses, and conferences related to labor law.
