Raquel Muñiz Ferrer has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1995.

She began her academic education at the School of Law of the Complutense University of Madrid, where she graduated in Law. Afterwards, with the aim of achieving a higher degree of specialisation, she gained a Degree in EU Law from the CEU San Pablo University.

Raquel completed her postgraduate studies in France. She studied D.H.E.S. at L’Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She holds a Diploma in Hautes Etudes Spécialisées and Etudes Juridiques et Economiques de L’Union Européenne.

She has extensive academic experience. She was a lecturer in the Master’s in Legal Consultancy at the Madrid Bar Association, and the MBA in Business Management at the ESIC Business and Marketing School, which is taught in English.

She is a regular speaker at several training programmes held by the Sagardoy Study Centre. She is also the author of a series of articles on labour law and social security matters.
