Paloma joined Sagardoy Abogados in September 2024, after having completed both her undergraduate internship and her legal practice internship at the firm.
During this period, she collaborated with various lawyers at the office, assisting in the preparation of case files and legal documents, conducting case law research, attending proceedings at the CMAC (Labor Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service) and labor courts, and contributing to the analysis of labor regulations related to work-life balance.
Of particular note in her résumé is that while studying for her Law degree at university, she simultaneously held a professional role as Head of Administration and Accounting at Cánovas Fundación, where she gained her first experience in legal-labor advisory work.
Paloma has taken part in over 30 national debate tournaments between 2016 and 2022, achieving strong rankings in each of them.
