Montserrat Alonso Paulí - Sagardoy

After practicing law at other firms, always in the labor area, Montserrat Alonso joined Sagardoy in 2001, achieving partner status in 2013 and joining the Board of Directors in 2023.

She has over twenty years of professional experience as a practicing lawyer in the labor-law area, advising major companies from various sectors, including international clients and multinational pharmaceutical and spirits distribution companies.

In addition to her law practice, she is involved in teaching at various public and private institutions.

She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and also belongs to the National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) and the Spanish Forum for Labor Relations (FORELAB).
