Miguel Ángel Cruz has an extensive professional career. He joined Sagardoy in 1993, began practicing law in 2001, became an Associate in 2005, and a Partner in 2021.
Currently, Miguel Ángel advises companies from various industries on all matters related to labor law, particularly collective bargaining, social security, and sports law. Notably, he participated in the negotiation of significant collective agreements, including the First Collective Agreement for Women’s Soccer. His clients include prominent companies in construction, cement derivatives, and metal industries. He also has extensive experience in handling critical cases involving corporate liability related to workplace accidents or occupational illnesses.
Miguel Ángel is a regular lecturer at various public and private institutions and frequently participates in specialized conferences. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and an active participant in the National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) and FORELAB (Spanish Forum of Labor Lawyers).
