Martín Godino is Managing Partner of Sagardoy Abogados and Chairman of the board of directors of Sagardoy Business & Law School.
With more than thirty years of experience at the Firm, his management role has always been fully compatible with leading and directly participating in a significant portion of the labor advisory processes for major Spanish companies, including the most relevant litigations, especially collective matters, as well as restructuring and transformation operations carried out in recent years. Martín Godino directly advises more than half of the companies in the IBEX 35 on labor matters, regularly contributing to the definition of medium- and long-term strategies and the development of general policies for relations with unions and other key stakeholders in the field of Labor Law.
He is actively involved in the associative sphere, notably serving as president of the Spanish National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) for six years until 2017, when he chose not to run for re-election, and was subsequently appointed Honorary President of the Association, the leading entity in the labor law sector.
He is also a founding partner and a member of the Executive Committee of the Spanish Forum of Labor Lawyers (FORELAB).
