Marta de la Morena is a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB). She studied Law at ESADE, where she later obtained a Master’s in Labor and Social Security Law.
She began her professional career as a lawyer at Sagardoy’s Barcelona office before joining the consulting area of a major Big Four. After six years, she returned to Sagardoy and rejoined the firm as an associate lawyer.
Marta has solid experience in litigation, collective bargaining (restructuring, changes in conditions, equality plans, protocols, internal policies, etc.), and providing ongoing advice to both national and multinational companies across all areas of Labor and Social Security Law. She is also a regular advisor to public organizations and companies in the public sector.
She is an associate professor in the Law and Labor Relations degrees at the University of Barcelona.
