María Jesús López was born in Granada and is a member of the Seville Bar Association. She graduated from the Comillas Pontifical University of Madrid (ICADE) with a Degree in Law. She later gained a Diploma in Corporate Legal Consultancy and Company Law. She also prepared to sit the Judge and State Prosecutor civil service examinations.

She has extensive professional experience both in Seville and Madrid. María Jesús is a lecturer of Employment and Labour Law in the Master’s in Legal Practice at the Loyola University of Andalusia (Seville). She is the author of several articles on labour law matters.

She is also a member of the National Association of Employment and Labour Lawyers (ASNALA).
