María del Mar Ropero has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2001.

She graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Seeking to achieve a higher degree of specialisation, she subsequently completed a Course on Employment Relations and Social Dialogue at the Complutense University of Madrid. She also prepared to sit the Judge and State Prosecutor civil service examinations.

She is a regular participant in conferences and training programmes on employment and labour law and social security.

She has been highlighted as Other Key Lawyer in The Legal 500 EMEA directory in 2022.
