Luis Fernando holds a Degree in Law from the University of Seville.

With the aim of achieving a higher degree of specialisation in the field of employment relations, he gained an Expert Certificate in Employment and Labour Law and Social Security from the University of Seville, and completed a Specialisation Programme in Legal Practice at the Institute of Legal Sciences (2002-2003).

Luis Fernando also has academic experience. He is a lecturer on Employment and Labour Law in the Master’s in Business Administration and in the Master’s in Human Resources Management at the Cajasol Study Institute.
