Juan Alfonso Urbano Medina has a solid academic background and extensive experience in the field of law. He has specialized in specific areas within labor law, such as Social Security and supplementary social welfare.

He advises clients from various sectors and has significant experience in banking, savings banks, and hospitality.

Juan Alfonso, who currently leads the Malaga office, joined the firm in 2010 at the Barcelona office after completing the Master’s in Labor Legal Advisory offered by our own School. After six years of professional practice, he left the firm to move to Andalusia. In 2019, he rejoined Sagardoy as a lawyer, this time at the Malaga office, and in 2022, he was appointed Associate Lawyer at the firm.

He is a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Malaga and the Illustrious Association of Social Graduates of Malaga.
