Josep Hallado Molina

Josep Hallado joined Sagardoy in 2013, after practicing for over twenty years as the Director of the Legal-Labor Department and the Director of Labor Relations and Social Policies at PIMEC, Petita i Mitjana Empresa de Catalunya (the most representative business confederation in Catalonia).

He has practiced as a mediator and conciliator for the Labor Tribunal of Catalonia and has been an advisor to the Labor Relations Council of Catalonia, as well as a member of its committees on collective agreements, workplace safety and health, and labor inspections.

Additionally, he has been a member of the Executive Committee and various working committees of the Economic and Social Work Council of Catalonia, a member of the governing board of the Catalonia Employment Service (SOC), and participated in several regional committees monitoring trade union elections in Catalonia.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

Josep possesses extensive experience advising both public and private companies, primarily from the banking, insurance, public administration, and retail sectors.

Extensive specialized training in the field of Labor Law and Social Security.

Law Degree. University of Barcelona.

Author of various journalistic articles, collaborations, and publications in labor and social security matters.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

University of Girona. Associate Professor in the Labor Law area since 2015, currently holding this position.

University of Girona. Professor in the Master’s program on Human Resources, Talent Management, and Labor Advisory, as well as the Master’s program on Liability Law.

Permanent faculty member of the Aranzadi Social Forum in Barcelona.
