José Luis Fraile joined Sagardoy Abogados in 2000.
With more than thirty-four years of professional experience in labor law, he provides strategic advice to companies across various sectors, including energy, insurance, steel metallurgy, construction, public sector, call centers, consumer goods, gaming and betting, and sports law.
He regularly participates in collective dismissal proceedings, substantial modifications to working conditions, relocations, senior management issues, and collective bargaining negotiations for both sectoral and company agreements. He is involved in the strategic design of defenses in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. His advisory work also covers business model transformation processes for large companies, along with litigation in the social jurisdiction (and in the contentious-administrative jurisdiction on labor matters) in both individual and collective high-complexity cases, at all levels, especially before higher judicial bodies such as the Social Chamber of the National Court, High Courts of Justice, and the Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and the Spanish National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA).
He is a mediator for the SIMA Foundation, participating in numerous mediation proceedings.
