Diego Santos holds a degree in Law from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), and a Diploma in Employment Relations and Social Security Law Consultancy from the Labour School of Madrid.

In order to achieve a higher degree of specialisation in the field of employment relations, Diego completed a University Certificate as Higher Technician in Industrial Relations from the University of Alcalá de Henares, and later a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the Centre for Financial Studies (CEF).

Diego is the author of several articles on labour law and occupational safety matters, and regularly participates as a speaker in the training programmes offered by the Sagardoy Business & Law School.
