Ana Goerlich León joined Sagardoy as a lawyer in 2016 and was promoted to Associate Lawyer in 2022.

She currently advises national and international companies, working on significant matters involving businesses across various sectors, including commerce, finance, construction, energy, food, hospitality, healthcare, chemicals, textiles, and new technologies.

Ana practices both substantive and procedural law, handling litigation within the social jurisdiction and administrative contentious jurisdiction, as well as providing comprehensive labor advisory services. Her work ranges from advising on individual matters or conflicts to managing collective processes, including suspension proceedings, contract terminations, geographic relocations, and modifications of working conditions.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), the Spanish National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA), and the Spanish Forum of Labor Lawyers (FORELAB).

Ana also collaborates with the Pro Bono Spain Foundation, offering legal advice and delivering specialized training to non-profit organizations and Third Sector companies.
