Alberto Godino has been an Associate Lawyer at Sagardoy Abogados since 2019, with prior experience in the Labor Department of a prominent law firm.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from ICADE, and later completed the Master’s in Legal Practice at Carlos III University of Madrid, where he graduated with honors for his Master’s thesis.
During his studies, he gained international experience, completing an academic course at Clifton College (Bristol), as well as two university exchanges at the Hanken School of Economics (Finland) and DePaul University (Chicago, USA).
He currently advises companies from various sectors, with notable experience in retail, telecommunications, technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, and energy.
Alberto combines his legal practice with teaching, collaborating as a professor of Labor Law at various public and private institutions.
As a lawyer, he is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, where he is also part of the Advisory Board of its Labor Section. He is a member of the Spanish National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) and the Spanish Forum of Labor Lawyers (FORELAB).
