Alberto holds a Law degree from the University of Málaga and has expanded his academic qualifications with a Master’s in Legal Practice, as well as Expert and Master’s degrees in corporate and business law.
He ran his own law firm for more than seven years before joining Sagardoy Abogados in 2024.
Throughout his professional career, he has excelled in providing ongoing advice and legal representation for both individuals and companies before the social jurisdiction.
He is a mediator appointed by the Confederation of Employers of Andalusia in the Extrajudicial System for Labor Conflict Resolution of Andalusia (SERCLA), an arbitrator at the Málaga Provincial Council, and has taught various labor law workshops in official Master’s programs at the University of Málaga.
Alberto is a practicing lawyer and a member of the Málaga Bar Association.
