Alberto is a member of the Malaga Bar Association.

He holds a Law Degree from the University of Málaga. He then studied a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and other titles of Expert and Master in Corporate and Business Law.

During his career he led his own firm for over seven years and he has excelled in providing legal advice and legal representation to individuals and companies in Labour Law.

He is a mediator by the Confederation of Businessmen of Andalusia in the Extrajudicial System of Labour Conflict Resolution of Andalusia (SERCLA), arbitrator at the Malaga Provincial Council and has participated as a teaching professor in various workshops in labour law matters in official master’s programs at the University of Malaga.
