In collaboration with a highly prestigious consulting firm in this field, whenever necessary, we develop comprehensive equality plans, as well as protocols to prevent gender-based sexual harassment, along with other policies and measures aimed at promoting equity in treatment and opportunities in the workplace. We also develop compensation policies for executives and the company’s staff.
