At the end of June, the 7th Edition of the Globality Health Day was held at the Juan Antonio Sagardoy Auditorium. The event was co-organized by Sagardoy, the Human Resources Forum, and the company Global Health.
Nearly one hundred Human Resources executives and international mobility managers gathered at Sagardoy’s headquarters to discuss, from both legal and psychological perspectives, the key factors to consider when managing employee expatriation processes.
The event featured two panel discussions led by professionals directly involved in the management of international mobility processes, representing companies from various industries.
The first panel, titled “Healthy Keys in Constantly Changing Environments”, included contributions from Ángela Martínez Ariza, Global Mobility Director at Técnicas Reunidas; Dr. Antonio Pelaz Antolín, international psychiatrist; Javier Alonso de Armiño, Partner at Sagardoy; and Ana Garicano Solé, Managing Partner at Legal & Expat, who also served as moderator.
The second panel focused on sharing corporate best practices related to international mobility processes. Speakers included Berit Kittel, Team Leader for the Spanish Market at Foyer Global Health; Ángeles González-Vigil, General Director of FEEX; Noelia García Soberón, HR Business Partner & DEI Manager Iberia at Danone; and Clara Giménez Vilchez, International Mobility Coordinator at LALIGA.
The event concluded with the presentation of a new edition of the Javier Fernández Aguado Award, which this year was granted to Marta Prieto, founder and CEO of Kolima Publishing House.
