Sagardoy has led the labour advisory work in the negotiation and signing of the first collective bargaining agreement of the MasOrange Group, the result of the integration between Orange and MásMóvil. The operation was headed by Martín Godino Reyes, Managing Partner of the firm, who coordinated the team of labour law specialists that supported the company throughout the entire process, with the significant participation of Alejandro Cobos, Of Counsel, at the outset of the negotiations, and Alberto Godino, Associate of the firm, through to their completion.

The agreement, reached following a fluid and constructive negotiation process between MasOrange and the trade union representatives, unifies the employment conditions of 15 companies within the group, while also improving those previously in force.

The new nationwide collective agreement introduces significant measures on work-life balance, flexibility, and employee well-being, such as a maximum annual working time of 1,700 effective hours, shorter working hours on Fridays, two days of remote work per week, and an additional allowance of 12 remote working days. It also includes medical, life, and accident insurance, progressive salary increases, and benefits in sustainable mobility and free connectivity for all employees.

With this agreement, MasOrange strengthens its commitment to social dialogue, internal equality, and talent attraction, consolidating a shared corporate culture for all employees following the integration.

The Sagardoy team, led by Martín Godino, played a key role in defining the legal and labour strategy for the process, contributing the firm’s recognised expertise in collective bargaining and advisory services for major corporate groups.

This collective agreement represents a milestone in the integration of Orange and MásMóvil, positioning MasOrange as one of the telecommunications companies offering the best working conditions in Spain.
