The Ministry of Family, Youth, and Social Affairs of the Community of Madrid, and on its behalf, the Directorate General for Equality, has awarded Sagardoy Abogados the “Empresa Más Igual” distinction for its commitment to equality. The award was presented during an event held at the firm’s offices, where, in addition to the presentation of various awards, a conference was held on Bias, Artificial Intelligence, and Work-Life Balance.

The Minister of Family, Youth, and Social Affairs, Ana Dávila-Ponce de León Municio, presented the distinction to our Managing Partner, Martín Godino Reyes, who expressed his gratitude for the award, emphasizing the firm’s unwavering commitment to equal opportunities.

These awards, part of the ‘Towards the Balance of Professional and Personal Life’ campaign, recognize companies with the best flexibility and work-life balance policies in the region. It is an honor for Sagardoy to be recognized by the Community of Madrid in this twentieth edition of the awards.

Attendees at the event also had the opportunity to learn about some of the conclusions of the IA+Igual project, which empirically analyzes the impact of biases in AI tools applied to HR processes.

The 20th Edition of the Madrid Flexible Business Awards, organized by CVA and sponsored by the Community of Madrid, received the collaboration of CEIM and ESADE.
