Issue 20 of the Journal of Social and Business Law is devoted to public policies from a socio-labor perspective, reflecting their diversity and increasing complexity. The volume presents six studies addressing topics such as the European Care Strategy, immigration policies, pension system reforms, shared responsibility policies for work-family balance, and temporary employment in the public sector.

Each article provides a legal analysis of current relevant issues, highlighting key challenges and offering proposals.
