We are pleased to announce that our Of Counsel, Pompeyo Gabriel Ortega Lozano, has contributed to the collective volume “Labor Litigation after the 2023 and 2025 Reforms” with the authorship of the chapter “The Digitalization of Labor Litigation.”
The book, edited by Professors Faustino Cavas Martínez and Francisca Mª Ferrando García, provides a comprehensive analysis of the recent reforms introduced by Royal Decree-Law 6/2023 and Organic Law 1/2025, framed within the Justice 2030 Plan and the European Union’s Next Generation EU program.
This work brings together leading experts in Labor and Social Security Law to examine the procedural changes impacting the labor jurisdiction, addressing issues such as the redefinition of competences, legal representation, new remedies, procedural efficiency, and the digital transformation of labor justice.
