The emergence of a new journal is always welcome news for the academic and cultural world. On this occasion, the journal Derecho Social y Empresa is presented, created within the framework of the UNESCO Chair for Socio-Labor Promotion of the Sagardoy Foundation, under the direction of Professor Pilar Núñez-Cortés and with the collaboration of María Dolores Rubio.
This semi-annual publication aims to technically, critically, and transnationally analyze issues related to Social Law, Labor Law, and Social Security, including articles in English or other official languages of the European Union. The journal is supported by a prestigious Scientific and Editorial Committee, composed of recognized jurists and academics from Spain, other European countries, and the United States. With an intellectual rigor and close connection to practical reality, it is primarily aimed at lawyers, university professors, and human resources managers.
In its first issue, the monographic theme addresses business restructurings, providing highly relevant studies on the global socio-labor landscape.
