Issue 17 of the Journal of Social and Business Law presents a special issue dedicated to the 2021 labour reform (Royal Decree-Law 32/2021). Five studies, authored by distinguished professors and judges, analyze the main innovations in employment contracts and collective bargaining.

The articles address changes to temporary contracts, new training contracts, the renewed fixed discontinuous contract, as well as reforms in collective bargaining and the reinstatement of collective agreements’ ultra-activity.

This issue provides a rigorous analysis of the progress and challenges posed by this significant reform.
